Online Payments

When you complete your purchase, the total amount will be charged to your credit or debit card.
In case of order cancellations or stock issues, any refund due will be processed back to your card within 13-15 business days.


Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day whenever possible.
For products that require additional preparation, delivery time is up to 3 business days, as stated in the product details.
If any delay occurs, you’ll be notified immediately.

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide an address where you can be reached during the day.
Once your order is confirmed, it will be shipped within 1–2 business days via our partnered couriers (Royal Mail / DPD / An Post depending on your region).

Currently, deliveries are available only within the UK and Ireland.


Estimated Delivery Time

Orders within the UK and Ireland are typically delivered within 8-10 business days after dispatch.
During peak seasons, please allow an extra 1–2 days for delivery.


Payment Tracking

If any issue prevents your payment from being processed, you’ll be informed directly on the checkout page.
Should there be any address errors preventing successful delivery, our team will contact you to resolve the issue.
Once your order is placed, a confirmation email is automatically sent to verify your email address.

We maintain responsibility both to our customers and to our partnered payment institutions to ensure smooth transaction and delivery processes.


⚠️ Please Note

If you believe your parcel has been damaged during delivery, please open and inspect the package in the presence of the courier before signing.
If damage is detected, do not accept the parcel — ask the courier to record the issue and file a report.

Once the item is received, the courier service is considered to have fulfilled their responsibility.
If your product arrives damaged, please send the courier report to support@houfor.com as soon as possible.

Once we receive your email, we’ll immediately start the replacement or refund process to ensure your satisfaction.
